Industrial and cultural heritage as a distinctive element

A relationship between past, present and future for economic growth

What is the problem we want to solve

The relationship between past, present and future has enormous importance for ethical and responsible economic and social growth.

Today we are worried about seeing the expression of progress limited to the development of technology without any systemic connection with nature, the environment and culture.

We regret witnessing an ephemeral promotion of inventions on the application of artificial intelligence or humanoid robots characterized by positive proclamations and a radical absence of constructive criticism.

We observe the growth of capital allocated to these sectors and a continuous culture oriented towards the exploitation of resources and knowledge for the mere objectives of accelerating standardized production and further aggravating economic and social conditions and disparities between peoples to the detriment of social balance and well-being.

The relationship between industrial and cultural heritage

It is a priority objective to protect and safeguard the culture made up of cultural traditions and identities.

For this reason we do not operate to offer a mere service to our partners but we feel responsible for building plans and actions together to strengthen the identity of a brand and the continuity of a business oriented towards the growth of sustainable profit.

It is crucial for the future to strengthen strategic and prospective thinking, anticipating and grasping changes and thinking beyond established patterns. The flexibility to deal with change is a necessary condition that requires a creative spirit.

Industrial heritage also concerns the industrial structures that have characterized the life of the company and the economic growth of the territory and places where tangible evidence of human and productive creativity is still present today. From the ancient artisan workshops in historic cities which, although they have given way to new realities, continue to maintain the historic sign of the ancient shop, to much more impactful testimonies, from textile factories to coal mines or abandoned steel plants.

Each site represents its own story. Places often at risk of abandonment and degradation, others transformed and repurposed to help preserve our industrial heritage.

What is our solution

ARTI supports the construction of a corporate museum between innovation and tradition that allows us to enhance attractiveness, also through the use of digital technologies, loyalty and a sense of belonging to differentiate ourselves on the market, but also to plan actions to govern the future in an ethical and responsible manner.

Through the operational combination of its functional areas, ARTI promotes a participatory model capable of involving new actors and the local community to devise new initiatives aimed at the adaptive reuse of abandoned sites, without losing its intrinsic and cultural values.

The historical industrial heritage is a precious resource, if managed by the company in a way that converges with the company strategy, to continue to inspire the present. The innovative behavior of the entrepreneur is recognized by the ability to not be limited to mere technological invention but is the bearer of economic, social, environmental stability and well-being and widespread wealth, through the past, present and future.
